The client installs for Jabber Video are available on the G: drive in the software folder. G:SoftwareJabber Client. There are seperate folders for the Windows and Mac installers. There is a client available for IOS on iPad only, no Android.

Cisco Jabber Video for TelePresence (Jabber Video) is an application that extends the reach of telepresence. Jabber Video works with a compatible PC or Mac and a webcam or Cisco TelePresence PrecisionHD camera to provide high-definition video communications to more people, on more devices, from more places.
After installing Jabber Video you will have to configure the settings.
At the login screen click on the Tool icon to the right of the “Remember Me” check box.
Jabber Video For Macbook
Next select the Sign-in Settings option from the menu.Add the settings for Internal Server, External Server and SIP Domain.
Internal and external are vcsc.clemson.edu and the SIP Domain is clemson.edu. You can copy and paste these settings into the fields instead of typing them.
Once this information is entered click the OK button.
Download Jabber For Mac
You should now be back at the login screen. Use your campus username and password to login.
Once logged in you can search by a persons name or username to find them. As you can see from this picture I searched for Benji, our IT student.
Jabber Client For Mac
When you search for someone and find them you can click on that object, not the actual green START button and you will have an option to “Add to favorites”. When you are logged in there are three buttons above the list of names, Search, Favorites and History. Each of these can be used to perform the functions available. Search lets you search for users to “call”.
Favorites is a place for people or rooms that you want quick access to.
History is exactly that, a history of your recent calls.
